Acceptance check
< 1 > Basic Regulations for acceptance:
1. The construction quality acceptance of steel structure engineering shall be carried out on the basis of the self-inspection of the construction unit, according to the inspection batch, sub-project, and sub-division (sub-division) project. The division of sub-projects in the steel structure division (sub-division) project shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the current national standard “Unified Standard for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Construction Projects” GB 50300. 2. (3) The acceptance of the construction quality of the steel structure project must adopt the measuring instruments that have been verified and calibrated.
4. When the construction quality of steel structure engineering does not meet the requirements of this code, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) The inspection lot of the rework or replacement of the structure (assembly) shall be re-accepted;
(2) The inspection batch that can meet the design requirements detected by a qualified testing unit shall be accepted;
(3) The test and identification of qualified testing units do not meet the design requirements, but the inspection batch that can meet the structural safety and use function can be accepted by the original design unit;
(4) After repair or reinforcement treatment of sub-items and sub-projects, although the shape of the changed size but still meet the safety requirements, can be accepted according to the treatment of technical plans and negotiation documents.
(5) The steel structure division project that cannot meet the requirements of safe use through repair or reinforcement treatment is strictly prohibited from acceptance.
5. Construction quality control of steel structure projects shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) The raw materials and finished products used shall be accepted on site. All raw materials and finished products related to safety and function shall be reinspected in accordance with the provisions of this code, and shall be witnessed by the supervision engineer (technical person in charge of the construction unit) for sampling and sample delivery;
(2) Quality control shall be carried out in each process according to the construction technical standards, and inspection shall be carried out after each process is completed;
(3) The handover inspection shall be carried out between the relevant professional types and shall be inspected and approved by the supervision engineer (technical person in charge of the construction unit).
6. The quality standard of the sub-project inspection batch shall comply with the following provisions:
(1) The main control project must meet the requirements of the qualified quality standards of this code;
(2) The inspection results of general items should be 80% or more of the checkpoints (values) in line with the requirements of the qualified quality standards of this code, and the maximum value should not exceed 1.2 times the allowable deviation value.
7. Quality inspection records, quality certification documents and other information should be complete.
(1) The qualified quality standard of the sub-project shall comply with the following provisions:
(2) Each inspection batch included in the sub-project shall comply with the qualified quality standards of this Code;
(3) The quality acceptance records of each inspection batch included in the sub-project shall be complete.
< 2 > Steel:
1, the variety, specifications, performance of steel, steel castings should meet the current national product standards and design requirements. The quality of imported steel products shall meet the requirements of the design and contract standards. Check quantity: All checks. (2) The steel belonging to one of the following circumstances should be sampled for reinspection, and the reinspection results should meet the current national product standards and design requirements.
(1) Imported steel; (2) Steel mixed batch; (3) The plate thickness is equal to or greater than 40mm, and the thick plate with Z-direction performance requirements is designed; (4) The safety grade of the building structure is level 1, and the steel used in the main stressed members of the long-span steel structure; (5) Design steel with reinspection requirements; (6) Steel with doubtful quality.
